Senior Product Manager (Routing & Live Traffic)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery for routing APIs, ETA models, and live traffic products.
• Improve routing quality using KPIs such as ETA accuracy, distance precision, and traffic prediction; define success metrics.
• Build and evolve live traffic models to identify and predict congestion evolution using Bolt movement data.
• Assess and manage how routing changes affect the Bolt marketplace (matching, pricing, and operational reliability).
• Identify opportunities to commercialize Bolt traffic data in underserved markets.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling routing, traffic, location technology, or other complex platform products in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of routing engines, live traffic models, and dynamic road event systems; ability to solve technically complex product problems.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning teams to improve model performance and product outcomes.
• Strong data-driven decision-making to evaluate trade-offs and maximize customer and business impact.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable product priorities.
