SRE Support Analyst (AWS)

What you will do

• Monitor AWS CloudWatch logs, APM dashboards, and alerting queues to ensure production platform health.
• Triage incoming incidents and support tickets, following documented runbooks and escalating complex issues.
• Participate in a shared P1/P2 on-call rotation using PagerDuty for initial triage and response.
• Utilize AI tools, specifically Claude, to streamline tasks, improve work quality, and optimize workflows.
• Perform minor defect corrections in Java, React, and JavaScript application code.
• Coordinate production deployments and troubleshoot CI/CD release pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity or a strong commitment to learning them.
• Full understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to aligning solutions with business goals.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members.
