What you will do

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Lead a team of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists, driving architecture decisions and engineering standards.
• Write production-ready code and integrate AI tools to accelerate development velocity.
• Solve complex technical challenges and enhance overall system reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to improve team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to refine development processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong commercial expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• English: B2/C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or Angular.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and GitOps.
• Experience with Web3, blockchain products, or integrating LLM APIs.
