Lead Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Worldwide; remote or hybrid with flexible hours

What you will do

• Lead a small engineering team of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists.
• Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Drive architecture decisions and maintain high engineering standards.
• Write production-ready code and use AI tools to improve development quality and velocity.
• Solve complex technical challenges, improve system reliability, and lead code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Design, and QA.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, asynchronous patterns, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading engineers, making technical decisions, and staying hands-on with production code.
• English at B2/C1 level required. Daily experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or Angular.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or GitOps.
• Experience with Web3 or blockchain products.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs and AI capabilities into products.
