TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Web3): Establishing and scaling strategic partnerships with banks, digital wallets, and fintech platforms to expand the GoBTC Pay payment ecosystem with an accent on enterprise sales and commercial negotiations. Focus on managing complex B2B sales cycles, coordinating API integrations, and launching joint go-to-market initiatives globally.

What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and close strategic partnerships with banks, neobanks, digital wallets, and fintech providers.
  • Manage the entire enterprise business development cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement and launch.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with senior decision-makers at financial institutions.
  • Coordinate API integration projects between partners and internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Develop tailored business cases and commercial proposals for strategic accounts.
  • Launch and manage joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B or enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Deep experience working with financial institutions, payment providers, or crypto businesses.
  • Strong understanding of API-based products and technical payment infrastructure.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • English: Fluent (C1)

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or high-growth tech environments.
