What you will do

• Perform end-to-end development of features and systems used daily by internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a technical focal point for software development best practices and the design of main components and services.
• Integrate AI models and capabilities into company applications to enhance functionality.
• Improve internal development workflows by leveraging AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate within an organic team in a fast-paced environment utilizing CI/CD.
• Investigate and implement new technologies and innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE from a leading university is a must.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience with JavaScript and web technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in server-side development with Node.js and client-side development with React.
• Experience designing and developing large distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations and AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Expertise in AI models and experience working with AWS or DevOps.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and embeddings.
• Creativity and a positive, collaborative attitude.
