What you will do

• Perform diagnostics and component-level repair of Bitmain and MicroBT ASIC miners.
• Troubleshoot and repair hashboards, control boards, and power delivery circuits.
• Execute SMD and BGA soldering and component replacement to resolve chip failures and voltage irregularities.
• Configure, test, and commission repaired equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Maintain detailed repair records, inventory updates, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Site Technicians and Management to optimize fleet uptime and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in component-level repair of Bitcoin mining equipment.
• Hands-on expertise with Bitmain (S19 XP, S21, T21) and Whatsminer (M30++, M50) hardware.
• Strong understanding of ASIC miner architecture and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in SMD and BGA soldering and the ability to read technical schematics.
• Deep knowledge of electronics, circuit design, and power systems.
• Experience in mining farms or high-density data center environments.
