Lead Data Engineer

What you will do

• Lead a team of data engineers and drive the development process end-to-end
• Run team rituals (Weekly Planning, Daily Standups, Planning Poker)
• Coordinate with analytics and product teams to deliver cross-functional outcomes
• Design architecture for new data projects and support/extend existing systems
• Optimize and automate development workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, ClickHouse, dbt, Kafka
• Production-level Python and SQL
• Experience with object storage / data lakes (S3; Apache Iceberg is a plus)
• Experience leading a team of 3–5 people or working as a tech lead with real ownership of deadlines
• Ability to provide and maintain time estimates, plus strong communication and documentation/knowledge transfer skills
• Understanding of product analytics and attribution (AppsFlyer, MyTracker, ad network trackers) is a strong plus
