What you will do

• Develop and define functional and non-functional requirements for ADAS/AD features with performance KPIs.
• Design ADAS/AD features in alignment with current industry standards and legislations.
• Perform systems specification and modeling for automated driving features.
• Design, simulate, test, and maintain ADAS/AD scenarios.
• Collaborate with global experts to integrate the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct R&D activities to advance automated driving technologies.

Requirements

• BSc in Electronics, Controls, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Automotive engineering (MSc or PhD preferred).
• Strong understanding of ADAS/AD fundamentals, including algorithms and architectures.
• Experience in system engineering, scenario-based development, simulation, and AI-based applications.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., Codebeamer, Polarion, DOORS) and simulation tools (e.g., CarMaker).
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and SOTIF (ISO 21448).
• Fluent English and German (speaking and writing).
• Willingness to undergo frequent and long-term travel abroad.

• Programming experience in Python, C#, or similar languages.
