What you will do

• Lead cross-team incident triage for high-impact customer outages and escalations.
• Develop and maintain observability for cloud-hosted deployments using monitors and dashboards.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex EMEA support cases involving deep platform internals.
• Translate field experience into comprehensive troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Drive pattern recognition across the customer base to identify and resolve recurring failure modes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems administration and command-line tooling.
• Experience supporting production database platforms like Elasticsearch or PostgreSQL.
• Strong written communication skills for producing technical documentation like RCAs and runbooks.
