What you will do

  • Budget personal expenses and manage financial performance of privately used assets.
  • Execute payments via credit cards, bank accounts, and crypto wallets for Family Office staff.
  • Perform accurate monthly accounting and reconciliation of expenses in ERP systems.
  • Prepare plan vs actual reports with actionable insights for UBO and CFO.
  • Manage payment instruments, including tracking custody and ensuring sufficient limits.
  • Improve financial processes and documentation management for private assets.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Strong experience with end-to-end multi-currency banking operations and payment traceability.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals such as expense classification and allocation.
  • Confident user of ERP systems and crypto wallet security best practices.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience in travel support and business assistance.
