hirify.global is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships through acquisition, retention, and tokenized loyalty programs.

What you will do

  • Design and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Oversee sales and account management teams to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings to market demands.
  • Manage commercial budgets and P&L to ensure profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior commercial or sales roles within the gambling, gaming, or tech industries.
  • English: C1 proficiency required.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of gambling industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an established network within the industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics (MBA is a plus).

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
