What you will do

• Own the design, development, and delivery of complex features and automation solutions across the stack.
• Refactor and optimize existing codebases with a focus on maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Lead code reviews, set quality expectations, and mentor junior and mid-level colleagues.
• Take ownership of incident management, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute actively to architectural discussions.
• Break down complex initiatives into deliverable tasks and provide reliable estimates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, REST API design, and automation.
• Deep understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and system design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Git, Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English (writing and speaking).
