What you will do

• Maintain and develop Software Lifecycle Management processes and services.
• Analyze obsolete software and provide mitigation support.
• Collaborate with application owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Participate in audits and compliance initiatives related to software lifecycle.
• Prepare lifecycle-related reports, analyses, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or Software Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of software governance, architecture principles, and technology environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.

Nice to have

• Experience with FlexeraOne, FlexNet Manager Suite, or similar SAM tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel reporting.
• Knowledge of ITAM/ITV frameworks.
