Paid Social Media Specialist (Meta Ads)

Location: Hybrid role based in Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, or Wroclaw, Poland, with office attendance two days per week.

Salary: 5,167–9,167 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Support campaign launches and setup across Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Monitor campaigns and perform compliance checks according to hirify.global guidelines.
• Ensure accurate data in campaign reporting tools and internal software.
• Prepare daily reports covering pacing, data input, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Requirements

• Fluent English for communication with international teams.
• At least 1.5 years of experience planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and raw data.
• Ability to develop actionable recommendations from campaign data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability and willingness to work directly from Poland.

• Experience with paid social platforms other than Meta.
