What you will do

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined aerospace components.
• Perform finishing activities including polishing, blending, chamfering, and radiusing.
• Inspect components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional requirements are met.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to prepare parts for assembly and coating.
• Maintain deburring tools and ensure a safe, organized workspace.
• Identify and report any non-conformances to maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Wolverhampton, GBR.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Previous experience in deburring, metal finishing, or precision manufacturing.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with complex, high-value components.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering sectors.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 quality standards.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience working with materials such as aluminium, titanium, or composites.
