What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, conversation volume, and advocacy for hirify.global.
• Create and distribute content, product launches, and thought leadership across social media, partnerships, and influencer networks.
• Shape the market's perception of legal AI and contract creation through narrative development and strategic positioning.
• Act as a public face for the company through podcasts, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Build long-term relationships with legal leaders, procurement professionals, and AI communities.
• Design creative marketing campaigns and "stunts" to generate significant market attention and impact.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing awareness or category leadership for a product, brand, or community.
• Experience executing multi-channel distribution strategies (PR, social media, events).
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience representing a brand publicly via speaking engagements or content creation.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and an AI-native mindset toward productivity.
• Must be based in the UK or the US.
