Location: Onsite in Sliema, Malta

What you will do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
- Provide support regarding games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently with a focus on first contact resolution.
- Assist with account verification processes, including KYC.
- Collaborate with Responsible Gambling, Fraud & Payments, and AML departments to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor player feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the player experience.
Requirements
- Native level of Swedish
- Good level of English
- Proven background in customer support, ideally within the iGaming environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the office in Sliema, Malta
