What you will do

• Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, providing tailored offers and support.
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver VIP events, promotions, and rewards.
• Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity to identify engagement opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in VIP account management or similar customer-facing roles
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights
• Experience in iGaming or related industry is a plus
