What you will do

• Support engineers in HSA assembly process control, including process flow and yield improvement.
• Conduct AI-based data analysis to identify root causes and provide technical solutions for engineering cases.
• Develop AI-based applications for process optimization.
• Perform tasks within a cleanroom environment (approximately 20% of the time).

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Wuxi, China.
• Proficiency in data analysis and AI tools/application development.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, automation, or electrical engineering.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• English: Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
