Steam Turbine Field Service Supervisor (Steam Turbines)

Location: Turkiye, Izmir. Ankara-based work is an asset but not required; remote work may be possible after completing the training and certification phase. The role involves approximately 70% travel and site-based field service activities.

What you will do

• Supervise installation, assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and outage activities for industrial steam turbines.
• Prepare sites and verify tools, parts, equipment, internal resources, and subcontractor resources.
• Lead site activities, control technicians, and coordinate subcontractors during field execution.
• Identify technical problems, resolve issues, and provide technical advice and assistance.
• Prepare check sheets, test procedures, spare-parts lists, shift records, status reports, and field reports.
• Coordinate with customers and regional counterparts while supporting post-outage lessons learned and feedback activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a field-service environment.
• Experience with large rotating equipment, preferably steam turbines, and technical documentation such as drawings and manuals.
• Experience working in a power-generation unit.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.
