Clinical Development Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Malatya or Erzurum, Turkey; assigned territory with national travel of up to 40% overnight, hospital laboratory work, live patient cases, protective gear, and variable hours based on patient needs.

What you will do

• Provide clinical product and technical assistance during electrophysiology procedures using the CARTO System, software modules, RF generator, and catheter equipment.
• Train physicians and EP lab staff on BWI products, effective system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and schedule customer case support while responding to daily requests from customers, practitioners, and partners.
• Identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships, and connect key decision-makers with the Clinical Development Manager.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, share best practices, mentor new commercial team members, and solve problems in high-pressure situations.
• Maintain account documentation, compliance training, expense reports, company system records, and safe fleet standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a Clinical Support Certificate.
• Valid driver's license and willingness and ability to travel up to 40% overnight nationally.
• Located in Malatya or Erzurum preferred.
• Ability to work in a hospital laboratory, attend live patient cases, wear protective equipment, work variable hours, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 kg and remain composed while solving problems in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication, autonomy, flexibility, collaboration, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Electrophysiology, cath lab, or EP/cardiovascular device industry experience.
• Experience with highly complex technical systems or critical patient care settings.
• Experience working autonomously in dynamic environments and building new skills.
