What you will do

• Support TurboTax customers by providing high-quality written responses to tax and technical questions.
• Produce accurate written content quickly to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Interpret complex tax inquiries without direct access to customer tax returns.
• Collaborate with the community team to provide mutual support and shared knowledge.
• Complete various projects requiring effective writing and research skills.

Requirements

• Must hold an active EA Certification, CPA, or JD (practicing attorney in taxation).
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience preparing federal (Form 1040) and state income tax returns.
• Must be based in Florida, California (excluding Bay Area), or New York.
• Excellent English proficiency (spelling and grammar).
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) across five set days.
• Technical proficiency with cloud-based applications and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience with business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041).
