Salary: $130,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Produce original business news content for broadcast, digital, audio, and social platforms.
• Pitch story ideas and manage the full production lifecycle from research and guest booking to final edit.
• Coordinate with reporters and anchors to execute live segments and field reports.
• Maintain relationships with key industry contacts and stay current on business and tech news.
• Oversee technical production elements, including video feeds, chyron creation, and editing workflows.
• Manage logistics for live remote locations and ensure editorial accuracy and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in booking, segment producing, or field producing in a live television environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ at least three days per week.
• Strong editorial judgment, writing ability, and research skills.
• Deep knowledge of major tech companies and ability to analyze financial statements.
• Must be willing to travel, often with short notice.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience covering major tech events.
• Proficiency with basic field camera operation (DV, DSLR).
• Familiarity with Avid iNews and content management systems.
• Strong interest in business news and the media sector.
