What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise-grade IAM solutions across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end federation strategies using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Lead integration and optimization of platforms like SailPoint, Okta, PingOne, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Drive Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, PAM, and Just-In-Time access initiatives.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Serve as the primary IAM subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong expertise in IAM protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Proven experience with major IAM platforms like SailPoint, Okta, and PingOne.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for automation and integration development.
• Must be able to work onsite in Austin, Palo Alto, or Washington, D.C.
