What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical execution, including discovery, scoping, design, and production rollout for strategic accounts.
• Build and operate cloud infrastructure for compute orchestration, simulation, training, and inference workloads.
• Develop platform services for job execution, observability, secrets management, and access control.
• Optimize cloud cost, utilization, and reliability across application, network, and storage layers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to turn customer-specific infrastructure solutions into core platform capabilities.
• Use modern AI coding tools to accelerate engineering velocity and build reference architectures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in backend, cloud infrastructure, or SRE roles.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or deployment-oriented technical role (e.g., FDE, founding engineer, tech lead).
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and cloud-native toolchains.
• Familiarity with GPU workloads, HPC, or ML training infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer at a frontier company.
• Experience with Nebius, AWS, GCP, or Azure AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Slurm, Ray, Argo, or Airflow.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, CUDA, or simulation tools like Omniverse.
