What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding chemistry testing services via email and phone.
• Collaborate with clients to develop custom test protocols and support inside sales staff.
• Prepare formal quotations for assigned services using established pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate scope and turnaround times with lab operations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including follow-ups and status updates on large active proposals.
• Develop relationships with key clients and communicate the company's full testing capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chemistry testing laboratory environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Strong understanding of Chemistry Testing techniques and ASTM/International standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee) to comply with ITAR export controls.
