SDET (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid or office-based from hubs in Tbilisi, Almaty, or Cyprus; relocation support is available for the employee and their family.

hirify.global is an independent gaming studio developing OneState, a Unity-based mobile Social RolePlay game set in a large open world.

What you will do

• Audit existing testing processes, product quality, and the QA toolset.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for mobile, backend, and web applications.
• Build internal tools for the QA team and write reliable automated tests.
• Train and mentor QA engineers on automation frameworks and internal tools.
• Support QA team growth by conducting technical interviews for SDET and QA Automation Engineer candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing test automation frameworks from scratch for mobile applications.
• Experience with the Unity engine and an understanding of mobile game testing.
• Hands-on experience configuring and working with CI/CD systems.
• Experience with DevOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to work from the Tbilisi, Almaty, or Cyprus hub, or relocate there.
