What you will do

• Design, develop, and test telecommunications software solutions.
• Review, analyze, and maintain telecommunications systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunications equipment.
• Train customers on system features and functionality.
• Evaluate new vendor services and provide recommendations to government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications.
• Must possess a current Secret security clearance.
• Must be IAT-II certified (Network Environments).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with senior government officials.

Nice to have

• BICSI Master Instructor or certifications in Fiber, Broadband, and FTTx.
• FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technician Specialist and Instructor certification.
• ETA Fiber Optic Certifications in FTx.
• OSHA 30/500/501 certification in Construction.
• CompTIA certifications: Network+, Security+, or A+.
