What you will do
- Lead AI project delivery end-to-end, ensuring clear governance and stakeholder communication.
- Design and build robust RAG systems, agentic frameworks, and LLM-powered solutions for production.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques and lead technical feasibility assessments.
- Design evaluation frameworks for AI systems, including LLM-as-a-judge and custom metrics.
- Build scalable inference infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for AI and ML models.
- Automate the MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience building and deploying AI, ML, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong expertise in Python and solid Git practices.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered solutions, RAG systems, and modern GenAI development.
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Advanced English level required for written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks MLOps platform and LLM fine-tuning.
- Experience building agentic GenAI systems and Infrastructure as Code.
- Background in classical machine learning and security/observability practices.
- Open-source contributions or public technical work.
