Senior Content Strategist (Enterprise): Developing and executing comprehensive content strategies to scale hirify.global within large conventional healthcare organizations with an accent on B2B go-to-market motions and building trust with healthcare leaders. Focus on creating high-impact content assets, establishing scalable content systems, and leveraging AI to accelerate execution across the full customer journey.

What you will do

  • Define and own a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Enterprise business goals.
  • Conduct discovery research across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify content gaps.
  • Create high-impact content including case studies, sales enablement materials, and clinical education assets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support demand generation and deal progression.
  • Establish content standards, governance processes, and scalable systems for the Enterprise segment.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve content creation productivity and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Product Marketing, or Content Marketing.
  • Proven experience supporting Enterprise or B2B go-to-market motions.
  • Strong discovery and research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare SaaS.
  • Familiarity with conventional healthcare systems and provider workflows.
  • Experience developing clinical education or provider-facing content.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
