What you will do

• Create high-quality scientific and clinical content for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Develop multimedia presentations and educational materials for digital, live, and hybrid programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical issues, guidelines, and therapeutic pipelines in oncology.
• Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders and expert faculty.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to develop insights and measure success.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design clinically appropriate and instructionally sound programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–5 years of experience in developing medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
• 3–5 years of experience as a medical writer or content developer at a medical communications agency.
• Established expertise in hematology/oncology.
• Advanced degree in a medical or science-related specialty (MD, PharmD, RN, NP, PA, PhD) preferred; Bachelor of Science required.
• Highly proficient in written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for program delivery and training.

Nice to have

• Experience in non-malignant hematology or rare diseases.
• Prior Medical Affairs experience.
• Proficiency in using AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Experience with tools like Tableau, EndNote, and Read Cube.
