What you will do

• Lead projects from the art side and mentor the assigned team of artists.
• Ensure final delivery and quality control in accordance with artistic direction and technical constraints.
• Create and oversee all necessary visual materials from the concept phase to the final product.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workflows, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Review graphic materials to assess validity and appropriateness.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal work processes and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, and technical budgeting.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work across different art styles.
• Deep understanding of the global market, player behavior, and international trend aesthetics.
• English proficiency required for communication.
