What you will do

• Own security assessment and risk management for AI and LLM systems, including Claude and agentic workflows.
• Define security controls, access governance, and monitoring frameworks to prevent prompt injection and data leakage.
• Partner with the AI Enablement team to conduct threat modeling and review architectures for safe deployment.
• Build and maintain tooling for real-time AI security monitoring and detection of policy violations.
• Develop AI security standards, guidelines, and training resources for engineering teams.
• Stay at the leading edge of AI security research to track emerging attack vectors and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of security engineering experience, with 2-3 years focused on AI/ML or LLM security.
• Deep understanding of the AI threat landscape, including prompt injection, jailbreaking, and model exfiltration.
• Strong fundamentals in threat modeling, secure design review, and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with MCP architecture, LLM orchestration frameworks, and agentic AI deployment patterns.
• Track record of operating at Staff+ IC scope, driving security decisions across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
