What you will do

• Support Tools teams in establishing and maintaining standardized processes for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage development schedules, milestone objectives, and generate accurate status reports.
• Triage, assign, and prioritize tasks using internal project management tools.
• Coordinate agenda-driven meetings and ensure action points are clearly communicated and tracked.
• Monitor bug and task queues to identify and resolve issues preventing development progress.
• Build relationships across teams to align dependencies and implement production improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Production, Project Management, or QA within a technical delivery setting.
• Experience organizing and tracking large amounts of information in an Agile software development environment.
• Proficiency with large-scale Program/Project Management software.
• Confidence in coordinating meetings, delivering presentations, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Knowledge of the Triage process specifically for software development projects.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Nice to have

• Project Management or Product Ownership certifications.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports, especially using Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Passion for and knowledge of the gaming industry.
