What you will do

• Promote services of integrated partners, including PSPs, trading platforms, and KYC/AML vendors, to clients.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Proactively source and generate new business leads through networking and industry contacts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to align partner activity with go-to-market initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of partners and referred leads within the company CRM.

Requirements

• Experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, ideally within the Forex or a related industry.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing partnerships or IB agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.
