🚀 Senior PSP Business Development Manager
We're looking for an experienced Senior PSP Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our global payment infrastructure and establish strategic partnerships with leading payment providers worldwide.
What you'll do:
* Identify, negotiate, and onboard new payment partners, including PSPs, Acquirers, Banks, EMIs, and Financial Institutions.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize performance and business opportunities.
* Research local payment markets and identify the most relevant payment methods for each region.
* Lead commercial negotiations and secure the best partnership terms.
* Own the entire partnership lifecycle—from the first introduction to commercial launch and post-launch development.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Legal, Tech, and PSP Operations teams to ensure successful integrations.
* Contribute to the company's payment strategy and support expansion into new markets.
* Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging payment technologies to identify new opportunities.
What we're looking for:
* 2+ years of experience in international payments, fintech, or the payment processing industry.
* Previous experience working with leading PSPs, payment platforms, fintech companies, or acquiring businesses.
* Strong network of contacts within PSPs, Banks, EMIs, and Acquirers.
* Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems, local payment methods, and regional market specifics.
* Proven ability to launch new payment partnerships and enter new markets from scratch.
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results against KPIs.
* Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
* English is required*, Russian is a plus
