Senior Affiliate Manager (Fintech)

Location: Cyprus, Ypsonas (Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support provided)

What you will do

• Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new potential CPA partners.
• Provide day-to-day support and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates.
• Analyze affiliate performance and implement improvements to grow the network.
• Monitor key metrics, including traffic quality, conversion quantity, and fraud rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and back-office teams to support campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in affiliate programs for Forex, binary options, crypto, or prop trading.
• Advanced knowledge of affiliate traffic sources, channels, tracking, and attribution.
• Deep understanding of CPA, CPL, and other common payment models.
• Good understanding of the Forex product.
• Experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or other additional languages.
