Location: Based in Munich, with two weeks per month on-site at hirify.global's headquarters in Bolzano (Italy)

What you will do

• Support top management in preparing executive messaging, all-hands formats, and leadership narratives.
• Define and develop transformation communications to help employees understand organizational shifts.
• Lead the company's intranet project as Project Manager, from concept development to implementation.
• Implement a content and channel strategy to enhance employee engagement and connectivity.
• Manage South Tyrolian media relations and act as the primary contact for press inquiries.
• Lead crisis communications, including developing protocols and coordinating stakeholder responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing.
• Professional experience in corporate communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience in executive communications and designing communication programs for organizational change.
• Proven background in managing internal communication tools and intranet platforms.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to work from Munich and spend two weeks per month on-site in Bolzano, Italy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Italian.
