What you will do

• Develop and execute PR, influencer, and VIP strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and talents in fashion, design, art, and music sectors.
• Oversee VIP and tastemaker partnerships, including negotiations, contract management, and budget responsibility.
• Lead seeding, gifting, and paid influencer campaigns to amplify brand presence.
• Collaborate with the Events team on global PR events, guest lists, and local community activations.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience within luxury lifestyle, design, or interior brands.
• Strong experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications.
• Excellent international network of media contacts, agencies, and key opinion leaders.
• Business-fluent English skills.
• Based in Milano, Italy.
