Manager PR & Influencer/VIP (m/f/d) - Home & Design

What you will do

• Develop and execute PR, influencer, and VIP strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Build relationships with media, agencies, talents, opinion leaders, and strategic partners across fashion, lifestyle, design, art, and music.
• Manage VIP and influencer collaborations, including negotiations, contracts, briefings, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead seeding, gifting, social amplification, paid influencer campaigns, and strategic product-placement partnerships.
• Collaborate with Events teams on global PR events, guest lists, VIP hospitality, and local community activations.
• Coordinate global and local influencer activities, develop international toolkits and guidelines, and report on media coverage, campaign performance, and ROI.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion Management, Media Studies, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in luxury lifestyle, design, or interior brands.
• Strong experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications.
• International network of media contacts, key opinion leaders, agencies, and influencers.
• Experience managing influencer partnerships, VIP activations, and talent collaborations, with confidence using influencer platforms and analytics tools.
• Business-fluent English, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
