TL;DR

Data Solution Designer (Python/SQL): Designing and delivering data solutions for credit risk, financial data processes, and regulatory reporting with an accent on data modelling, system integration, and process optimization. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring data quality, and leveraging AI-assisted tools for automation.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data models supporting credit and financial data processes.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and manage data mappings between multiple systems to ensure accurate integration.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability, and auditability across the solution landscape.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams on end-to-end design.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and functional specifications.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data modelling and solution design.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, and data mapping across multiple systems.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kafka, Power BI, or Java development.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts and architecture.
• Experience in banking, finance, or regulatory reporting environments.
• Experience using AI tools for documentation, testing, and data analysis.
