Focus on translating customer requirements into technical specifications, evaluating prototype silicon, guiding system-level trade-offs, and supporting automotive, industrial, and high-density consumer and enterprise applications.

What you will do
- Define system architectures for voltage translators and signal chain interface products.
- Translate market trends and customer requirements into product opportunities, roadmaps, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with design, verification, test, foundry, and NPI teams on power, area, cost, process, and performance trade-offs.
- Evaluate prototype silicon through bring-up, validation, characterization, and laboratory debugging.
- Provide system-level customer support, including schematic review, layout guidance, and debugging.
- Lead technical reviews, risk management, documentation, and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in system-level semiconductor design, ideally involving analog/mixed-signal or interface products.
- Strong understanding of system-level trade-offs involving performance, cost, power, and implementation constraints.
- Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, and lab-based system debugging.
- Experience working as a technical interface across engineering, marketing, customers, and global cross-functional teams.
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, or guiding technical direction.
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, industrial, or high-volume consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of high-speed board design, signal integrity, and transmission-line behavior.
- Familiarity with ADS, SPICE, or equivalent simulation and analysis tools.
- Understanding of I2C, I3C, SPI, or similar communication interfaces.
