What you will do

• Automate and personalize onboarding and offboarding experiences using AI tools to ensure consistency and engagement.
• Own global Slack communications and coordinate company events, celebrations, and cultural initiatives across all locations.
• Coordinate global Health & Safety (H&S) initiatives and manage workplace compliance through smart tracking systems.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Helsinki and global offices, including vendor management and budget tracking.
• Analyze digital floor mapping and occupancy sensor data to optimize office layouts and inform real estate decisions.
• Deploy AI-powered chatbots for facility requests and build workflows for predictive maintenance and automated procurement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employee experience, workplace operations, or people operations.
• Practical experience implementing AI-driven processes and deploying tools like Claude or chatbot builders.
• Familiarity with managing Health & Safety protocols and workplace compliance.
• Experience using space analytics, occupancy data, or surveys to guide operational decisions.
• Based in Helsinki with flexibility for occasional travel.
