What you will do

• Lead the Product Analytics team in driving product improvements through data-driven insights.
• Head experimentation and A/B testing, running analyses and mentoring other team members.
• Perform funnel, feature, and cohort analyses to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Product Pod to implement changes based on analytical insights.
• Create reporting and insight views to monitor product, customer, and commercial performance.
• Utilize customer segmentation to deepen understanding of diverse user groups.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a product analytics, data science, or CRO role.
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Maths, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, AB Testing, Tableau/Looker, and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead analytical discussions and shape strategic approaches.
• Strong critical thinking skills for unbiased evaluation of evidence and observations.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
