What you will do

• Own the development of ML models and optimization algorithms that power the real-time dispatch system.
• Design and implement online algorithms for real-time decision-making to balance system utilization and service quality.
• Translate complex real-world operational constraints into elegant, tractable mathematical formulations.
• Apply sophisticated statistical methods to analyze demand patterns, traffic dynamics, and fleet performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to move algorithmic research from prototyping to production.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (M.Sc. or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong ML background.
• 8+ years of industry experience shipping machine learning models at production scale.
• Deep hands-on expertise in ML, with significant experience in reinforcement learning for dynamic or constrained systems.
• Excellent coding skills in Python to build maintainable, high-performance solutions.
• Strong applied research mindset to translate ambiguous business challenges into measurable ML impact.
