Responsibilities:
Develop & execute internal traffic strategy
Optimize player lifecycle, retention & monetization
Manage CRM, bonuses & internal traffic flows
Analyze KPIs, A/B tests & revenue performance
Build & lead the Internal Traffic team
Collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing & Analytics
Requirements:
5+ years in Internal Traffic / CRM / Player Monetization
2+ years in a leadership role
Strong iGaming experience
Expertise in retention, segmentation & automation
Data-driven mindset (LTV, ARPU, NGR, Retention)
English — Upper-Intermediate+
