What you will do

• Own the design, implementation, and optimization of new and existing monetization features.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate monetization systems into core gameplay mechanics.
• Analyze the performance of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvements based on results.
• Create and maintain detailed feature documentation throughout the entire lifecycle in Confluence.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the simulation game genre.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating LiveOps events, including planning, launch, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of modern monetization trends and industry best practices.
• Ability to clearly define requirements and communicate design decisions to developers, artists, and producers.
• Experience managing tasks in Jira and creating detailed living documentation.
