What you will do
- Own the design, implementation, and optimization of new and existing monetization features.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate monetization systems into core gameplay mechanics.
- Analyze the performance of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvements based on results.
- Create and maintain detailed feature documentation throughout the entire lifecycle in Confluence.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the simulation game genre.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating LiveOps events, including planning, launch, and optimization.
- Deep understanding of modern monetization trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to clearly define requirements and communicate design decisions to developers, artists, and producers.
- Experience managing tasks in Jira and creating detailed living documentation.
