Economy Game Designer (4X)

Location: Worldwide, remotely, or from offices in Cyprus, Armenia, and Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Own game design features from concept through post-mortem.
• Design and balance the economy of events, rewards, progression, offers, and new content.
• Model resource loops, dynamic systems, and game economics across gold, emeralds, and other resources.
• Use analytics before and after launches to evaluate feature performance.
• Balance new content so it strengthens the product without devaluing existing systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, developers, UI/UX designers, artists, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design.
• Strong knowledge of successful mid-core games, including battlers and 4X strategies.
• Experience with systems thinking and understanding how game economies influence player behavior, monetization, balance, PvP, events, and long-term motivation.
• Experience with LiveOps and/or mid-core projects.
