TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland)

Salary: 15,000–25,000 PLN net (monthly)

What you will do

• Own backend services end-to-end, from technical discovery and design to implementation and production.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Utilize AI-augmented development tools like Claude Code and custom MCP servers to optimize the workflow.
• Ensure high code quality and system reliability through rigorous testing and a dedicated hypercare phase.
• Design and maintain distributed systems, REST APIs, and scalable data models.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with PHP and frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Proven experience in backend architecture, including microservices and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency with MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Communicative proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor in real-world development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Event Sourcing or CQRS in production systems.
• Experience building MCP servers or Claude Code agents.
• Presence of personal side projects developed for real users.
