What you will do

• Coordinate the full life cycle of fleet lease agreements, redelivery conditions, and aircraft deliveries.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors for End-of-Lease (EOL) projects and warranty management.
• Establish standards, processes, and procedures for EOL and create executive reports on program progress.
• Create and control the budget for EOL programs and delivery events.
• Ensure all redelivery activities align with Company and Local Authority requirements, including EASA regulations.
• Manage and supervise employees within the Fleet Transition department.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in aircraft leasing, financing, or maintenance, or 4+ years of proven project management track record.
• Thorough knowledge of EASA OPS, Part M (including Subpart I), Part 145, and Part 21 regulations.
• Proficiency in AMOS and MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
