What you will do

  • Transform briefs into interesting conceptual angles and high-quality visual designs.
  • Create assets for social content, internal communications, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and art directors within a small creative studio.
  • Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback to ensure high creative quality.
  • Produce video explainers and other multimedia assets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across various formats and visual styles.
  • Proficiency in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work fast and pivot based on feedback without ego.
  • Location: Must be based in the London Area for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation.
  • Knowledge of workflow automations and using AI tools.
  • Experience presenting ideas to small groups.
